AVENGED SEVENFOLD haben sich in einem Interview mit Billboard über den Nachfolger zum 2005er "City Of Evil" geäußert. Die Band arbeitet derzeit an einem noch unbetitelten Album, welches im oktober via Warner erscheinen soll.
Frontmann M.Shadow hierzu:
"It's very groove-oriented. On 'City of Evil' we had so much going on-the drums were going a million miles an hour and everything was [at level] 10 at all times with really crazy arrangements.
The label didn't push us. We took six months to write, and we wrote every single day and just drained everything out of us. At the end of the day, we were 100 percent happy."
