In der Verfilmung von Iggy Pops Leben wird Elijah Wood (Frodo...ihr wisst schon) die Hauptrolle spielen. Er selbst sagt dazu: "I'm scared to death of doing it, because I love him (Iggy Pop) so much and I respect the music so much. I don't want to be the person responsible for screwing that up."
Iggy dagegen wollte nicht Teil des Films sein, fand jedoch das Drehbuch gut geschrieben.
