"We are very happy to tell you all that we have officially signed a record deal with Equal Vision Records. We want to thank everyone who has supported us along the way. We would not have this opportunity without all of you who listen to our music, come out to shows and help spread the word about DATH. We are very excited about working with the people at Equal Vision. We have spoken with many people at the label and people who have worked with the label and we are confident that they will let us continue to make our music the way we want to make it."
Die Band hat bereits die Aufnahmen zum anstehenden Full Length "Small Steps, Heavy Hooves" abgeschlossen, eine Release Termin steht jedoch noch nicht fest. Einige Songs findet man natürlich bereits bei MySpace.
