Bei FROM FIRST TO LAST tut sich mal wieder was! Zwar nichtim positiven Sinne, aber immerhin. Sänger Sonny Moore hat die Band verlassen und wird durch Gitarrist Matt Good ersetzt. Hier das Statement zu Sonny's Ausstieg:
"Sonny Moore has quit the band and is working on a solo career. We were in the studio writing for the new record getting ready to fly to Los Angeles to meet up with Ross Robinson and Sonny when we got the news about him leaving. We know that Sonny's departure is going to be a huge deal to a lot of our fans, and we are sorry that these things continue to happen to us (and you). We all tried to make compromises, but sometimes artists just have to do things for themselves."
Des Weiteren trennte sich die Band von ihrem Majorlabel Capitol Records und sind damit schon der zweite Act auf dem renommierten Label der seine Koffer packt. Doch die Band blieb nicht lange ohne Label und so kam es das FFTL von Suretone gesignt wurden, die unter anderem Angel & Airwaves und New Found Glory beheimaten.
