METALLICA Drummer Lars Ulrich hat sich in einem Interview mit BBC Radio 1 beim Download Festival zum anstehenden Album geäußert. Das Album wird nicht bevor Sommer oder Früh-Herbst 2007 erscheinen.
"I think we've realized that the creative process works a little slower for us than it used to," so Ulrich. "And we're OK with that. It's not a bad thing, unless, of course, you're waiting for a record."
