SUM 41 Gitarrist / Sänger Deryck Whibley schreibt in ein em Update zum Stand der Dinge bezüglich des neuen Albums:
"Things are going very well with us right now. still writing and recording demos. We've got a bunch of great ideas and we're in the process of putting all these ideas into complete songs. The most important and exciting, but also somewhat time consuming, is trying to find a producer we think will fit this record perfectly. We have a long list of people that we're meeting and hope to finally pick someone soon. As soon as we do I'll let you all know. Thanks."
