Few months back we headed out to Europe on the Heart In Hand ‘Only Memories’ headline tour, before we left I was really sick with Flu, was unsure if we could even go, I pulled myself together and we set off. Few days into the tour things weren’t getting any better but I pushed on, by the time we got to Budapest I could barely talk, the next day I went to hospita
l and the doctor told me we had to go home and pull the rest of the tour, we did a 24 hour drive across Europe to get me back. I felt so bad for letting everyone down but there was nothing I could do about it. On the journey home I wrote the lyrics to Home/Sick to explain that I was sorry and would get better and we would come back.
