"Someone has to drop the bomb and it might as well be me. Pitch Black has called it K'putz, bought the farm.....an EX-Parrot! There is no gossip behind any of this--we just called it quits mutually. I hope everyone respects that. We all adore each other, but maintain very busy lives outside of Pitch Black... We're gonna have a fairwell show at Gilman eventually in a few months, and play every song we ever recorded. Cheers all. It's been a long ride, and we love all the support we've had through the years!"
