VERSUS THE WORLD aus Santa Barbara stellen mit “A Brooklyn Rooftop” einen weiteren Song ihres neuen Albums "Homesick/Roadsick" vor, der HIER zu finden ist. Ab Ende Juni kommt die Band auf Tour - ausserdem gibt es weiterhin die Single "The Santa Margarita" im Stream zu hoeren.
Frontmann Donald Spence zum neuen Song:
“I literally wrote the words to this song on a rooftop in Brooklyn,” says Versus The World singer/guitarist Donald Spence. “I was visiting some friends in New York and we were passing around bottles, and catching up on some years we'd missed out on. I think everyone has people in their lives that they love, but time or distance, life in general really, has taken you to different places. It's just important to remember that the only currency relationships really run on is time spent. So it's a song about catching up. One of my favorite nights ever.”
