Mit "Stigmata" stellen BASEMENT aus Grossbritannien einen neuen Song ihres kommenden Albums "Beside Myself" im Stream vor. Die Platte der Indie/Emorockband erscheint am 12. Oktober via Fueled By Ramen/Warner und wurde produziert von Colin Brittain und Basement, das Mixing übernahm Rich Costey (u.a. Alt-J, Weezer, Sigur Rós). Frontmann Andrew Fisher kommentiert die Single wie folgt:
“This was the first time I had tried a different tuning and the song pretty much came out all in one go. It felt really organic - in fact I think the arrangement on the record is the same as the demo I first showed anyone”
