FIT FOR AN AUTOPSY, die sechsköpfige Metal Band aus New Jersey, haben ihr fünftes Studioalbum angekündigt und in diesem Zuge eine erste Single vorgestellt.
Das Studioalbum hat den Titel "The Sea Of Tragic Beasts" und wird am 25. Oktober 2019 via Nuclear Blast veröffentlicht. Der Song "Mirrors" ist die erste Singleauskopplung aus dem Album und das zugehörige Video, welches unten angesehen werden kann, wurde von Max Moore produziert.
Gründungsmitglied Will Putney (Produzent, Hauptsongwriter und Gitarrist) kommentiert den Song "Mirrors" wie folgt:
"You carry things with you, for better or worse. 'Mirrors' illustrates the darker side of this idea. It’s also a testament to how the decisions you make can have a resonating effect on the ones around you. Clearly this song was born out of a personal struggle, but in end it’s a reflection on the greater human condition of love and dependency; not being able to release yourself from the darkness around you. Our new record dives head-on into some difficult topics, 'Mirrors' is the the tip of the iceberg."
Das Album wurde von Will Putney in den Graphic Nature Audio Studios in New Jersey aufgenommen, gemixt und gemastered. Für das Artwork war Adam Burke verantwortlich. Die Tracklist von "The Sea Of Tragic Beasts" liest sich wie folgt:
