HEROD werden im Juni eine EP namens "Curse of the King" über Dark Harvest Records veröffentlichen. Bestandteil werden vier neue Songs und ein Cover sein. Das sagt die Band dazu:
"Every band says their new release is their best, and we will have to follow in the same manner. This CDEP encapsulates every era of the band, as well as breaks new ground. So, if you enjoyed any or all Herod has had to offer in the past, you won't be disappointed, and you will be floored at some of the tricks we have had up our sleeves."
